But what should Christians make of it? Can a machine really think? Should we trust algorithms to make decisions for us? What happens to truth, creativity, work, and even our understanding of what it means to be human when machines begin to imitate human intelligence?
At this Going Deeper event, we’ll explore what AI actually is, the opportunities and risks it brings, and how the wisdom of God’s Word helps us think clearly about it. The Bible may not mention artificial intelligence, but it gives us the framework we need to navigate a rapidly changing world.
The evening will include teaching, discussion, and time for questions, so you won’t just listen, you’ll have the chance to wrestle with these issues together as we consider what faithful Christian thinking looks like in the age of AI.
